Teen Buys An Old Warehouse And Converts It Into An Amazing Photography Studio

Having a hobby is great and having a profession that is your hobby is phenomenal. Meet Jemma Stanley who is a young photographer and has been saving for years to come with her own photography studio from where she could operate on a professional basis. She gave up on higher education once she became dissatisfied with it and ever since then, has been putting all her effort and energy into reaching her dream and goal. She purchased a warehouse with her savings and what she did afterwards will simply amaze you.

The original state of the warehouse when renovations began!

The first step was to construct walls that would subsequently create multiple rooms in the space she had available.

Drywall was added.

Looks quite good, however, a lot of work is still required.

The original walls were in a very bad condition. She stripped off the old paint.

Paint. Paint. Paint and then paint some more.

Hardwood flooring was installed because she didn’t like bare concrete floor.

At the end of 12 weeks of work that included design, building, painting and installing, her work finally paid off!

She now has her own amazing photography studio.

She has successfully managed to convert the old warehouse into a studio of her dreams.

She plans to use this for the pursuing of her passion and to get her business to flourish.

The transformation is so amazing that the warehouse is hardly recognizable!

Guy Creates An Amazing Table Lamp Out Of A Block Of Salt

Sodium Chloride, yeah, table salt. Why is this post about table salt? That’s a fair question actually. What if we told you that you can make extraordinary stuff out of this salt? No, we are not talking about ‘cooking’ delicious stuff but actually making stuff out of it. This amazing guy bought a slab of Himalyan salt and crafted something beautiful out of it. That’s a lot of salt.

The block has been cut into proper size.

A high powered drill has been used for the drilling a hole in the block.

The corners have been rounded and the block is being shaped into a bracelet.

It is now being placed on a lathe.

Now the bracelet has been spun on a high speed while grinding the material into the required shape.

The mess, dear God!

He used a wet sandpaper to impart a bit of shine.

The finished product folks!

Sure looks beautiful considering what it has been created with.

Add a bit of light and you can notice the intricate details.

Dads do most amazing things for their children and every child has a dream room. These are two facts and when you combine them; the result is an amazing DIY project. This girl is a diehard fan of basketball and her father decided to do something that would complement her fandom. Check it out below and let us know what you think of it.

The project basically started when the family was building its house.

Here’s a picture of the room before the project.

After installation of walls, windows and doors he got to business!

Two base coats of wood color were applied to make the floor smooth and nice.

Afterwards, he drew wood plank pattern on the floor to impart the feeling of a court!

He made use of wooden colour to impart a grainy look.

After a number of layers of stain, he moved on to painting the lines.

The end result? An amazing basketball court!

Is that cool or what?

We are sure that she is going to become quite popular in her friends circle!

Here’s How You Can Create An Incredible Coffee Table With A Few Logs Of Wood

Every now and then we find ourselves facing a set of intricate instructions that make no sense along with pieces that will not fit like they are supposed to and the end result is that you frustrated without that piece of furniture that you’ve been trying to assemble for the past few hours. Why go through all that when you can do so much better. Just check out what this guy did and let us know what you think of it.

Items you need are plywood, birch logs, sanded grout and wood glue.

The first step is to cut out a plywood base followed by centering it and then affixing it to a smaller wooden box. (The box has be to smaller).

Start gluing the logs to the baseboard and outside of the box.

Once completed, attach a piece of plywood to hide the opening of the box.

Cut a few logs into smaller slabs and then glue them to the top of the box – make sure they are lined up with the birch logs around the outside.

Use grout to fill in the empty spaces between the pieces of wood. Flat it out using grout float.

The grout imparts an even surface and makes the wood rounds look like full logs.

Affix wheels at the bottom.

Apply clear polyurethane and your birch coffee table is ready!

Do you own a cat and loved video games as a child? Nonetheless, you will appreciate what this team from catastrophic reactions did for the cat. The idea was to build a bed for cat and it has been pulled off brilliantly.

The project began with a Styrofoam sphere which was hollow.

Some more Styrofoam has been cut into the shape of teeth.

The spheres were covered in matte to impart sturdiness.

The top half was placed in position and next step was painting it.

The cat bed was painted black and a number of epoxy layers were added as well.
